What’s up Friends!! Just wanted to take a moment and share some images from Diane & James’ beautiful Wedding in Irvine California. Hello Friends! Engagement Sessions are always fun, especially when they’re at the happiest place on Earth…yup, Disneyland. I had an incredible afternoon with Jennifer and Brian. When you talk about down to Earth, they’re as down to Earth as you can get. The best thing about shooting at Disneyland…is shooting with a fantastic couple. Thank you guys for a great time!
Usually, E-Sessions run 3-4 hours, but on this day, I think we ended up spending around 6 hours together! I hope they didn’t get to sick of me.
This was my first time shooting at Disneyland, so, I wanted to make sure Jennifer and Brian got their monies worth out of the ticket. On another note, dude, Disneyland tickets are primo expensive now!
One of the great things about Disneyland is the attention they pay to details there. It’s not hard to find spots to shoot which wouldn’t give you and idea where you’re at. But at the same time, there are those spots that can be no where else other than Disneyland.
Jennifer and Brian…thank you guys for being great sports. It was crazy busy there, but you guys are troopers! Thanks for hanging in there. See you soon.

Hello Friends! We’ve been blessed to be able to work with some of the nicest couples ever! Sarah and Chris are no exception. From the moment we met for our consultation, I think we hit it off. At heart, I’m a geek. I love talking cameras, computers, video games…pretty much anything electronic! Chris is a new Mac user, so, we had a good time talking computers. Their Wedding was at the beautiful Tustin Ranch Country Club.
We use to only shoot with lighting for Portraits, but now I’ve been sold on using lighting for everything…details included! You tell me, don’t you think it adds quite a bit of contrast and drama to the image? Believe it or not, these detail images don’t have very much work done on them. A few tweaks here and there, and presto…done. Check out some more images from their beautiful day.
Sarah & Chris…thank you guys for showing us such a great time! Hopefully we were able to return the gestures. We wish you guys all the best! See you guys soon.

Hello Friends! Ah, home sweet home! Actually, I kind of wish I was still in Hawaii. Not that I don’t love being home, but it’s always hard to get back into the swing of things once you return from a vacation. The Family and I just returned from our first trip to Oahu. Actually, Mezzi’s been there before, but this was my first time. Now I know what everyone’s talking about! I’m sure you know, but, it’s absolutely beautiful there!
If you’ve ever planned a vacation before, you must know how un-nerving it can be. It’s so so much the travel, but for us, it was the unknown of the place we were going to be staying it. Of course, you do your due diligence, but still, you never know. We were lucky enough to stay at a Condo resort in Ko’Olina. If you haven’t been there, stop reading this, start planning your trip! Private lagoons, beautiful scenery, and a great family environment. It’s funny, we made a trip to Waikiki for a night and came to realize that it definitely isn’t for us…too many people! Ko’Olina’s where it’s at!! I must be getting old! haha
Ok, so, a little background. Oli loves water! Baths, hoses, puddles…you name it. So, we naturally figured that she would love the pool and Beach. NOPE! The snapshots below should give you a little idea of what it was like trying to get her into the water. We managed to get her in there for a little bit, but she hung on to Mezzi every moment she was in there. Oh, well, there’s plenty of other things to do other than swim.

Hello Friends! What do you get when you mix IT & Pediatric Dentistry? Believe it or not, they mix really well! I’ll leave it up to you to guess who’s who. I spent a fantastic afternoon, slash, early Evening with Hazel and Duy. We spent the entire time talking IT and kids! The dork in me wants to spend the whole time talking with Duy about phones, computers, and pretty much anything that has a circuit boards. On the other hand, the Father in me kept asking Hazel questions about children’s teeth! Brides and Grooms are a great source of free information.
Even though you’d think that IT and Pediatric Dentistry don’t go together, I’m here to tell you that they go together just as much as peas and carrots. Hazel and Duy did a awesome job all afternoon…check it out!
